By accessing or using FindRes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, respect other members of the community, and comply with all applicable South African laws. Landlords must verify their identity and property ownership before listing.
3. Platform Services
FindRes provides a marketplace connecting tenants with landlords and transport providers. We do not own, manage, or control any properties or vehicles listed on the platform.
4. Intellectual Property and Data Scraping
All platform software, unique user interfaces (including the "Get a Quote" transport system and location landmark fields), database structures, text, and graphics are the exclusive property of FindRes and are protected under South African IP laws. Any unauthorized duplication, reverse-engineering, or automated data scraping of listings or driver profiles is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
FindRes is not liable for disputes between users, property conditions, or transport service quality. Users are encouraged to verify all information independently before entering into any agreement.
